This app provides end-to-end journey for an applicant who wants to perform the Video KYC process. The process is simple and fast:
Pre-requisites:
1. Make sure your Video, Audio, GPS permissions are enabled in your device
2. Disconnect from any VPN which your device might be connected to
Process:
1. Enter the video call via the URL
2. Once the pre-requisite page is crossed, you will be taken to the queue page
3. Kindly wait in queue until you get connected with the Banker
4. Display documents and answer questions as per the instructions from the banker
5. Once this is done, call gets submitted and you will now be read to transact.
